The meeting with the mayor. The news of the excellent performances reached the mayor of Villafranca Padovana Luciano Salvò, who asked for a meeting with the managers of the company as to bring his appreciation. In 2019, the delivery of the shopping vouchers will be repeated. Benefits will be added to it for taking out insurance policies with a leading company. The benefits may be completely free if employees contribute to the achievement of the objectives set out in the company improvement plan, drawn up with the collaboration of the RSU. Also as part of the welfare project, specific agreements have been entered into to allow employees to benefit from discounts on medical and welfare services and special conditions for children who want to participate in summer camps.

All Collaborators. In the case of agreements with the Cooperativa Terre di Mezzo and with the Rubano Ethnographic Park, these conditions will extend to the spouse in addition to the children. There is no shortage of nominative discount cards for the clothing and catering sectors. «For us, employees are not workers or employees but collaborators» explains CEO Luca Segalina. “And this is why we try to guarantee an ideal working environment and, apart from working hours, a system of concessions and economic benefits that can increase the well-being of our employees.
